After the sudden loss of my dad, Philip, who passed away while on holiday in France, I am trying to support my mum, Nichola, with the unexpected costs of arranging his wake and funeral now that he is back home in England.

Any money that is so kindly gifted will go directly towards the wake and funeral to hopefully ease some of the financial pressure on my mum during this heartbreaking time.

Mum isn’t aware at the moment that I’ve set this up, but I’m hoping to lift some of the burden from her so she doesn’t have to worry about immediate finances on top of the deep sadness of losing her husband and best friend.
