Philip's apartment was impacted by this week's flooding. He woke up with standing water between 3-5 inches throughout his living area. When the sun rose, Philip realized that his car was also flooded, and a professional detailing and cleaning service will be needed to clean up the standing water that soaked the interior of his car.
