Philip Ross ~ Fight to Cure Cancer

Donation protected
We lost an incredible man on 4/9/15. Philip A. Ross died at 49 in his sleep in the arms of his best friend and fiance, Paula J. Sindelar. He battled with cancer for almost two years. The chemo and radiation were excruciating and he never complained...only hoped it would lead him back to health so that he could enjoy his life, his kids and a new marriage that was set for fall of 2015. He did not make it. His last day on Earth was amazing. He had just spend 4 days in ICU with zero blood cell counts and Neutropenic fever. The day after he came home he ran around and did so many errands. He had so much crazy energy. He bought gifts for his sons and his dad. He brought me roses which he hand picked for me. It was a beautiful last day on Earth. He sat down and started working on his new Quad copter that he could not wait to complete! It would be for our real estate company The Pepper Group Diversified to video all of our ranches. He had named it "Spider" and he had just received all of the parts. He had started getting very sleepy late in the evening. He wrapped his loving arms around me and put his bald head in my lap which I kissed over and over and rubbed his sweet forehead. 2 movies later, I put another pillow under his sweet head and covered him up. He was still snoring the roof off of the house :) I woke up at 7am to no sound and immediately knew something was wrong. My angel was in Heaven. He died in his sleep which I am so grateful for. I laid by his side for 5 hours caressing his arms and head until the coroner could make it to pick him up. I actually did not want him to go. I would still have him here with me if I could...sounds silly but we spent every second of 2.5 years together and I miss him so much. We both always had seperation anxiety if we were apart. He was my best friend and just an absolute fine and decent man. I know he is in Heaven watching over us. He loved his son's, Maxwell and Dane; His Dad Sydney Ross was his best friend and his Mother Sue Ross was always there to help him and be strong when he could't. He adored his beautiful sister, Whitney Ross Mauer who took such good care of us. A card, gifts and flowers would always arrive to show she was fighting for us. My parents and family adored Phil and he just fit right in...Agnes, Richard, Eric, Cheryl, Nick and Noah Swisher...they loved him like family too. He loved all animals...except one parrot that will not be named but lives in our house LOL... He loved his sweet Boomer that died in 2012. Newtie that was a hoot died in 2014 and his new sweetie that Sue and Syd have, Little Miss Bitsy. He also loved and adored Sharon and Jeff and was heartbroken when they lost their baby Lewie.

My goal is to raise money for cancer research and the people that have cancer...kids, adults and animals. I decided to start my own donation to be able to selfishly enjoy purchasing gifts and hand delivering them to kids and families. I also want to donate to research and will supply a tax ID and receipts for anyone that needs a write off and willing to help in Philip's name. I spent so much time at UMC with Phil that it will be therapeutic for me to give back to those that we met and also help as many hospitals that are doing cancer research as possible. I want to know where your money is going and I want to be able to post pictures so that you know I am hard at work making sure we find a cure and that I am doing everything possible to keep Philip's energy alive by giving in his name. He was my true love and every second is days when he is not here. I appreciate EVERYONE'S support and especially Jo Avery Ham...you made this happen and I love your dad and hope we can find a cure :) I will add more and I am SO sorry to forget anyone at this time. I am still in a fog...Love to all...even $5.00 will bring joy to a kid and it will bring joy to me to be able to see their face when I give them a specials HAND DELIVERED gift from my sweetheart Philip A. Ross. 1/22/66- 4/9/14. You are my sweet angel. I will also be creating a website soon so please see updates on my FaceBook.
