Philip Painter’s Memorial Fund

Just a month ago, our family received the devastating news that our dad, Philip Painter, had a recurrence of cancer. Originally diagnosed with a soft tissue sarcoma in 2022, he underwent radiation treatment and surgery to remove the tumor in his leg. Things seemed to be in recovery and heading towards remission. However, after recent and seemingly unrelated medical problems, a diagnostic scan and a subsequent biopsy discovered a new cancerous mass in his abdomen. He has met with numerous specialists and will begin undergoing chemotherapy treatments soon before another surgery can be performed.
