Philip Long is currently facing a potential life sentence after being arrested on drug charges at Burning Man 2019. Philip is currently in custody in Lovelock, NV. He is charged with Category A Felony count of NRS 453.322 Trafficking.
Phil is the innocent victim of tragic circumstances. Phil was camped with Beats Boutique. A member of Beats Boutique died during the event of carbon monoxide poisoning. After that individual's death, a quantity of an alleged controlled substance was put in Phil's van by a third party. Phil is now being charged with Trafficking as a result of that substance.
