Philip Sprague Youth Sports Scholarship Fund

Everyone who knew Phil knew that his two greatest loves in life were sports and family. His children, Matthew, and Emily, grew up with Phil frequently being their coach but always being their biggest fan and cheerleader. Over his lifetime, Phil spread his love of sports to everyone around him. He enjoyed mentoring and coaching youth sports. After moving to Newnan, Phil spent many hours at his grandsons’ sporting events, always the proudest grandfather at the fields or courts.

Instead of flowers, the Sprague family is requesting donations towards youth sports. Money given here will be donated to the Coweta County Recreation Department and Summit Family YMCA. However, if you have a youth sports organization that is close to your heart, please feel free to donate to them in his name and memory.
