Philip Conti

It is with great sadness that our family shares the news of Philip Conti's passing. He transitioned this week, with his love by his side, after a long battle with Diabetes and Kidney failure, among many other health challenges. We will miss him dearly and will seek peace in knowing that he is no longer suffering.

It's been a tough few years for our family, especially my mother Kathleen Conti, as she moved through the loss of her son Jonathan and was fully dedicated to her role as Phil's caregiver.

Phil was her rock and her best friend and his loss comes with great impact.

As we prepare to put Phil to rest and adjust to the lifestyle changes that my mother, will now begin to navigate, it is our wish to lighten her load as much as possible so she can finally focus on healing.
