UPDATE 12.2.20.
In the early hours of Dec. 2nd, Philip succumbed to his injuries. His wife, Kristan, was able to be there by his side. Through her phone, his mother and siblings were called and given the chance to say goodbye. Please take a moment and say a prayer for our beautiful Philip, may he rest in peace. ~
First, thank you so much for being here. For those of you that know Philip Caputo personally, or have ever meet his family, you know he always had the biggest heart and cared deeply for those around him. Now is the time to reciprocate and prove that love is, indeed, always the answer.
As some of you may know, Philip was in a terrible car accident the Sunday before Thanksgiving near his home in Tucson, AZ. He has suffered severe injuries including both punctured lungs, a ruptured spleen, broken bones in his face and shoulder, and the most serious, brain bleeding and swelling. He has already undergone multiple surgeries, during one of which, the doctors diagnosed him with pneumonia as well.
At this time Philip is showing brain activity, but his body remains unresponsive. We all are praying that his body and spirit continue to fight, and he wakes up. But as you can imagine the medical bills are piling up and his family could use all the financial support they can get. We don’t know how many more hurdles he will have to overcome.
Your generosity can help lighten the load, so they can focus on Philips recovery. Your kind donation will go directly to his family to help deal with the financial repercussions of his current condition, allowing them to focus on healing.
I know times are tough, so any donations are greatly appreciated.
Our deepest gratitude,
The Koskans, The Caputos, & The Martuscellos
