In loving memory of Philip Burke aka Burkey

We're setting this fundraiser up for our dear friend Philip Burke ( known to many as Burkey, slappa or slaps) to support his family with funeral costs and to give him the send off he truly deserves.

Phil was truly one of a kind, a true legend, literally a friend to all.

He had an unmatched ability to make anyone smile, even on their worst days, his silliness was his superpower. He was hilarious and ridiculous in all the best ways. His heart was as big as his humor, he loved with all he had and had the gentlest nature. He touched the lives of everyone he would meet.

So many are devastated by Phil's unexpected and untimely passing. He was taken from us far too soon but he wouldn't want us to focus on the sadness, he would want us to remember him by celebrating his life with laughter, love, and by sharing the unforgettable, ridiculously hilarious memories he gave us all.

We're now raising funds help cover the unexpected funeral costs to support his Mum and Sister during this incredibly difficult time and to give Burkey the send-off he deserves — full of stories, smiles, music and laughter.

If you can spare anything, no matter how small, we’d be so grateful. We have 5 weeks before his funeral needs to be paid for. Let’s do right by Burkey, and give him a send off that’s as brilliant as he was and show him all our love!
