Philadelphia Firefighter loses house to flood

In August of 2021, Philadelphia Firefighter/ PA-TF 1 Rescue Specialist Donna Garrett received the call to respond to Hurricane Ida, without hesitation Donna grabbed her gear and headed to PA-TF1 headquarters. While Garrett was in the south on the hurricane response Philadelphia was also getting hit with the storm as well. Garretts house in Philadelphia was devastated to flood waters and hurricane force winds. After all was said and done Donna suffered a total loss of her residence. Donna always steps up to help EVERYONE, now it time to help Donna!
