Phil Higdon Funeral Expenses

Phil Higdon has had a rough few weeks in a couple different hospitals. He was originally admitted into Beaufort Hospital with a collapsed lung a little over two weeks ago. He was also diagnosed with pneumonia due to COVID-19. While there his second lung collapsed. He was later transported to the VA Hospital here in Charleston where he currently is being treated for the lungs and now an infection and kidney issues. Phil does not have health insurance, disability insurance or life insurance. With all this time being cared for as you can imagine the bills are piling up.
