We lost a beloved father, husband, son, brother, uncle and friend. Philip Bishop Hickman passed on August 1, 2017. Phil will be beyond missed. He proudly served in the United States Navy on board the USS Carl Vinson as a Nuclear Power Officer from 1989 - 1996. We will be holding a memorial at sea to honor his military service, and the impact he made on so many people. This service will be limited to immediate family and friends. Diana and their daughters are in need of financial assistance for this important service. Donations are needed as soon as possible as reservations must be made for his burial at sea. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate monetary contributions, as even the smallest amount will help immensely. Thank you for all of your understanding, care, and generosity.
