About 4 months ago my sister and her family had to say goodbye to their beloved olde English bulldog Auggie. It was a devistating time for her and her entire family as well as all that loved him. My sister was heartbroken and so was their other dog Schmitty as he didn’t know how to be an only pup. Secretly my sister was looking for the most perfect pal for Schmitty and to fill the void left in their hearts.

She finally found that little guy, a frenchton puppy in NC. We were all surprised and excited that there was going to be a new little guy in the family. They made the 10 hour round trip drive to pick him up and my nephew named him Phil Collins!

3 days after Phil Collins came home he started to have diarrhea and some vomiting. They took him straight to the vet. Phil was diagnosed with the Parvo virus. His little body is trying so hard to fight the virus but it’s been rough. He has been in the hospital for going on 9 days. He has been given 2 blood transfusions, plasma, protein, antibiotics, probiotics, sub cutaneous fluids, IVs, endless blood tests glucose tests etc. These things start to add up. We aren’t ready to give up on Phil. My sister, my brother in law, niece and nephew aren’t ready to give up hope!

I am asking for everyone to open their hearts and help my sister and her family with this vet bill that is pushing $10,000 currently and may go even higher. My sister isn’t the type of person to ask for help so I am doing this to help and allow her to put 100% of her focus on being strong for Phil.
