Phil Anderson Cancer Benefit

Phil was born and raised in Tioga and has lived in western North Dakota his whole life. He has worked in the oilfield and is currently working at H & L Well Service and H & L Rental for over 20 years. Last year Phil was diagnosed with cancer. He has traveled to Mayo Hospital for treatments several times. Any funds raised will go towards the increasing medical expenses that Phil has.
