WHOA! Mission accomplished!

Almost there, and really close! That's why you're reading this edited & shortened version of "the story". My son Brandon's HS rugby team is travelling to Seattle, WA & Vancouver BC during Spring Break next week to play. Initially, he wasn't going to go. Now an invitation was extended just 2 days ago for him to make the trip. Really short notice...ok too short to squeeze it into this solo mom's budget in the course of 4 days bc the fee is due on Wed 3/25. This is where our angel friends/family came into play who have so kindly come forward to help me help this low-key son of mine make this awesome trip with his team.  Awkward & embarassing for me? Very. Those of you who know me know that this is a first time/only time thing for something like this.  I don't like to put my concerns out into the world; ever.  But sometimes, as a mom...you have to take a deep breath...and humbly admit that sometimes, it does take a village along, with some out of the box thinking. So here it is. Thank you...for your thoughts, well wishes, and anything else you've ever done that made a difference in the life of a young person, here or elsewhere.
