As many of you know, my beloved father, Abdul Latif, returned to Allah on the 1st of December. My father was a man whose heart always reached beyond himself. He had a way of seeing people, not just their struggles, but their worth and he never hesitated to help anyone in need.

His compassion, generosity, and selflessness were not just things he did, they were who he was.

Though he is no longer with us, the goodness he shared continues to ripple outward. Every life he touched carries a piece of his legacy.

In his memory, I am raising funds to build a water well as sadaqah jariyah on his behalf.

The Prophet ﷺ said:

“When a person dies, his deeds come to an end except for three: ongoing charity, beneficial knowledge, or a righteous child who prays for him.”

(Sahih Muslim)

A water well is a powerful form of ongoing charity that continues to benefit people for years to come. By contributing, you will not only honour my father’s legacy, but you will also earn continuous reward for every drop of water that benefits someone in need.
