My name is Brave Enough, and I am at one of the hardest crossroads of my life.
I have been living under the pressure of emotional abuse and financial control from my partner. Over time, this has escalated. He has even admitted at points that his anger is a problem, but then denied it again and turned it back on me. Now I am facing the very real threat of being abandoned — financially, emotionally, and physically.
The threat is alive, current, and real. It could happen at any moment.
I have been told I could lose everything, including my home, and that I will be cut off with no support. These are not empty threats. They leave me in a constant state of fear and uncertainty about my future. Living this way has taken a toll. Even leaving the house feels overwhelming at times, something I never expected for myself. And yet, here I am — creating this campaign.
For me, asking for help in this way is not easy. But instead of seeing this step as weakness, I am choosing to see it as courage. Today, I was Brave Enough to ask for help.
I am a professional woman, and I have been working to build a wellness project with the support of a nurse I’ve partnered with. This project is not only something that will help me recover, but also something I hope to use to help others — including people who have lived through situations like mine. I believe it can thrive and make a real difference, but before I can fully pour myself into it, I need stability.
I am asking for $10,000. This would give me three months of breathing room — enough to cover essential expenses, protect my housing, and allow me the space to recover physically and emotionally while I build a stable future.
Your support will help me: Protect my housing and avoid homelessness. Cover immediate living expenses while I stabilize. Continue building a wellness project that can sustain me — and help others — long-term.
This campaign is not only about survival. It’s about reclaiming my future and creating something meaningful for others. It took everything I had to be Brave Enough to ask for help, and I am deeply grateful to anyone who chooses to stand with me.
