My name is Kyle Reinholt and I am on a mission to learn as much about computer science as I possibly can! The world is constantly evolving because of advancements in technology. Today, there are computers in almost everything we see and use on a daily basis. As the world becomes more and more computerized, the need for communicating with machines becomes more and more necessary. To further my understanding of the world we live in today, I have spent the past 5 years studying computer science.
Currently, I am about to graduate from Concord University with a degree in computer science/mathematics. I am starting a Ph.D program in computer science at Colorado University, Boulder starting in the fall of 2017. My life goal is to assist my friends, family, and community in better understanding how humans can communicate with machines. In order for me to reach my goal, I need to relocate to Colorado University at Boulder from Concord University in Athens, WV. I was accepted to the Ph.D program at CU Boulder and will be receiving funds to pursue my studies and research there for the next five years, however, I need assistance in aquiring the initial funds to relocate. The computer science doctoral program at CU Boulder is ranked #40 in the United States. The computer science and information systems program was ranked the 49th best program in the world in 2015. Being a part of this program will allow me to learn from some of the world's best researchers and bring me closer to my goal of providing knowledge about programming, computer science, and mathematics to my friends, family, and home community of southern West Virginia.
