This development for 250 new houses/flats on Green Belt land in Oxshott has now been approved.

Despite the objections of almost 850 residents, as well as both major community groups representing thousands of residents - FEDORA and the Cobham Conservation & Heritage Trust, the decision has been made - and construction can proceed unless it is legally challenged.

A judicial review represents our only remaining opportunity to contest this outcome. It is a complex and time-sensitive process, requiring specialist legal and planning expertise - and significant funding.

Without the resources to act now, this decision will stand unchallenged.

We are therefore raising funds urgently to give our community a genuine fighting chance.
