<div><strong>LATEST UPDATE</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This development for <strong>250 new houses/flats on Green Belt land in Oxshott </strong>has now been approved.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Despite the objections of almost <strong>850 residents</strong>, as well as both major community groups representing thousands of residents - FEDORA and the Cobham Conservation &amp; Heritage Trust, the decision has been made - and construction can proceed unless it is legally challenged.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>A <strong>judicial review</strong> represents our only remaining opportunity to contest this outcome. It is a complex and time-sensitive process, requiring specialist legal and planning expertise - and significant funding.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Without the resources to act now, this decision will stand unchallenged.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are therefore raising funds urgently <strong>to give our community a genuine fighting chance.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you believe this decision should be properly tested, <strong>please contribute today.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Your support will directly enable the legal action needed to hold this to account - and ensure our community’s voice is not the last thing to be overlooked.
</div>
<div><br />
