Phase 1: Of Building The City Of God Community

Phase 1 Budget:

Transitional Housing: $3,000 for one year rent

Ministry Vehicle: $10,00 to ship used truck oversees to Ghana port

Complete Land Title:$2,500

Surveyor and Excavator Rental: $3,800 to clear the land

Hey family,

We have been praying for this vision for 3 years now and now that I am finally stationed in Accra, Ghana its happening! We got a chance to go and see the land and put demarcation stones todraw boundaries around the acre. This land in total is 100 acres and Heartdwellers Africa has been given 10 acres in total to began the building project The City of God Sacred Heart Refuge.

This will be a community of prayer, faith, hope, love and service as we provide for the poor, needy and broken baptisizing them in God's love. Our vision is to cloth and feed our Lord Jesus under the guis of the poor, espeically the children,

We need to now finish paying for the title of the land to have it in the organizations name. Then we will need to finish paying the surverery and then move foward with clearing the land. There is much forestry and bushes that need to be cleared so we can began building and also farming the land and this all takes much provision. In Ghana we would have to rent all the equipment daily which comes at a heavy price.

We also have missionaries coming from different parts of the world to help us with this mission and buidling. They are in need of transitional housing until we are able to put three buildings up on the land for women, man and married couples. We found a home that we have to rent for a year and the cost is $3,000 so we are also raising funds for that.

Lastly and rather importantly is a ministry vehicle. Father Derrick and I travel everywhere with taxi and uber and can be quite expensive. We are looking to purchase a ministry truck that will also allow us to transport goods and equipment to the to the land and building site.

Being full time missionaries we live off the Lords providence through generous donors like yourselves. We support over 12 different people and organizations every month and are generous to those who are in need of help. We take care of the poor first and whatever is left goes towards this cause and we are really needing help to get his first phase completed.
