Justin Vinh Hoang Phan. A son, a brother, a lover, & a friend. He was the kind of person who was cherished and loved by all at first sight. He is the kind of man who was so full of life, high on energy & filled with love. When he walks into a room, the room lights up with smiles, joy & laughter. He is the type of man anybody would be lucky to at least meet once in their lifetime. He's definitely one of a kind with the way he carries himself and takes care of others. Very charismatic & definitely loved PIZZA. As an aspiring doctor, he enjoyed helping people at their time of need. And now, he is in a time of need as our family mourns this loss.
