Hello All,

My name is Cohen Glaw a 2 Spirit/Trans Man; some of you may know me as Founder of Trans Fellas, Qmmunity Binbrook & Binbrook Pride. Over the last 4 years I have been undergoing Alt Phalloplasty in the USA. This surgery is my final stage of my personal transition, coming home the medical care I have has not be adequate which resulted in minor complications which have required more surgeries than I had expected.

At this time I will be honest in saying that the Travel, Accommodations, Medical Supplies, Food, ect... has left me with debt that I will just say is in the 5 digit range. My house hold is a 1 income household as I am medically disabled, unable to work with no income support. Things have been very tight & I am going back in January of 2026 for what should be my last surgery. I could really use some help in lessen my debt & helping to afford my last surgery.
