Support a DV survivor with rent

Lisa is a survivor of domestic violence, a beautician, and a community member active in mutual aid efforts in Seattle. After being homeless for many years, Lisa has recently been able to obtain housing, leave an abusive situation, and has been employed part-time in food service and also at an organization servicing unhoused people.

She has recently finished treatment at a detox facility for alcoholism and she needs community support! She feels that her addiction has been a barrier to having long-term stability and employment, and we want to support her in her recovery journey, including helping her maintain stable housing.

She has been receiving funds from our support pod for the past ten months but our abilities and funds are limited, and she needs wider community support.
