Rather than flowers, this site has been created so you can support two causes that were important to Adam and the family.
The Luke Hart Foundation:
The Luke Hart Foundation was set up in memory of Luke, one of Adam's closest friends, to provide fundraising and support for a number of cancer charities under its umbrella.
Cystic Fibrosis:
The Cystic Fibrosis Trust is a UK-based national charity, which deals with all aspects of cystic fibrosis. It funds research to treat and cure CF and aims to ensure appropriate clinical care and support for people with cystic fibrosis.
All money raised will be split equally between the two causes.
