On October 28, 2025, Jamaica experienced the wrath of Hurricane Melissa, the strongest storm to ever hit the country in its recorded history. With winds speeds of up to 175 km/h, the storm has demolished buildings, destroyed the electrical grid and claimed several lives. Many Jamaicans have lost their houses, don't have access to electricity and water and are running low on critical supplies. 

I am a Jamaican living abroad who is desperately trying provide help to communities back home. The money being raised will be donated to disaster relief efforts in Jamaica through various non-profit organizations such as Key Club International, American Friends of Jamaica and through the Jamaican government.
