Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out today with a heavy heart on behalf of my boyfriend’s dad, who was recently the victim of a devastating hit-and-run accident. While riding his bike, he was struck by a truck that fled the scene, leaving him with severe injuries and in critical condition.

He is currently in the ICU, fighting through immense pain and undergoing treatment for multiple internal injuries and trauma. The road ahead is long filled with a bunch of medical treatments and around-the-clock care. We’re thankful he’s alive, but the emotional and financial toll on the family has been overwhelming.

As you can imagine, the medical expenses are piling up fast. ICU stays, emergency procedures, specialist consultations, it all adds up. On top of that, he is unable to work, and the family is struggling to manage day-to-day expenses while trying to be there for him.
