Jax’s Recovery
Donation protected
On June 25th our dear friend’s cat, Jax, was in front of their home when he was attacked by a fox. He was rushed to the emergency vet with serious injuries, and a skull fracture was discovered. Along with this trauma came an astronomical vet bill exceeding $13,000 to save the life of her best fur friend. We all know how much a part of our world that our pets become, but Jax really has been there for our friend through it all and is truly considered family.
Our friend is one of the best people you will ever meet. She would bend over backwards, while in the thick of it herself, for the people in her community and life. She is so incredibly kind, thoughtful of all those around her, heartwarmingly gentle and an absolute inspiration of a human. On top of all that, she adores her pets. To show our love and appreciation we would like to take this opportunity to support her in easing the financial burden in any way possible.
We implore you to please consider donating. Every bit counts, even if it’s a small amount. We are all incredibly grateful for any contributions to helping Jax and our friend on their road to recovery, and we know she will be too.
*****Update 6/30
Jax is home and is slowly settling back in. He’s taking his medication and eating, which are very important steps according to the Vet’s instructions. His mother is taking very good care of him and keeping a close eye on him in this critical time.
Please keep sending your good vibes and love. Thank you so much for your support so far and feel free to share this fundraiser with anyone you know who may be interested in helping out.
