Hey all!

On Friday night 11/21/25 Max, my beloved German Shepherd, needed emergency surgery at the vet hospital. The procedure went into the early hours of this morning, but I’m relieved to say it was a success! Max is currently recovering at the hospital and will be there for the next few days to ensure he’s stable and on the road to recovery.

I adopted Max just over a year ago, and in that time he’s become my best friend and a huge part of my life. Like many pet owners, I would do anything to keep him healthy and happy, but the surgery and subsequent care came as an unexpected expense, especially with the holidays right around the corner.
