Hi my name is Deniz Gumustekin. My home country, Turkey got hit by a 7.8 magnitude earthquake a few days ago, followed by a separate 7.6 magnitude earthquake that resulted in one of the biggest disasters the world has experienced in the last 100 years. There have been more than two thousand reported dead, with ten major cities impacted.

I am seeking to help my cousin, Sadik Ozkul, in Malatya, who lost his two daughters, six months and seven years old, during the horrendous earthquake. And his wife, Tugba Ozkul, still is in the hospital and at risk of losing her legs.

The funds collected in this GoFundMe will be directly given to Sadik and Tugba Ozkul to rebuilding a new home and helping them to cope with their loss.
