Triple bypass surgery

My name is Michael. On October 3rd I had a heart attack. I have no insurance and my savings have recently gone down significantly. I’m having triple bypass surgery on the 12th. Recovery time is around 3 months. So I can’t return to work which means no money coming in to live on. It breaks what is left of my heart to have to resort to this, but I need help and can’t afford to be proud. Please help me in my time of need
