A Home for Leah and Ian

My name is Deborah Martin. I have custody of my two grandkids, 4 1/2 and 10 years old. Since getting custody, I have become a widow and sole custodian. I live on disibility  income and receive no child support from the kids' parents. I only receive $74.00 in Food Stamps per month, as they tell me my income is too high for more. I am in the process of seeking housing for my grandkids and me, along with my 21 year old daughter who is their aunt. I am on a waiting list for government assistance but was told it could be over two years before I am contacted. Having no money for furniture or a deposit (I have been living with a friend whose house is too small), I am desperate to find somewhere to live.  I am praying for a miracle!
