Hi everyone, a few weeks ago we got some unfortunate news about Winston. We took him in for a regular check up and they noticed his liver enzymes were extremely elevated in his bloodwork. We did an xray, ultrasound, and several blood tests, which led to his diagnosis of a liver mass in his left lobe. It’s pretty big for the little guy, it’s about 7cm. We wanted to wait until we had all of the info to write, and make this gofundme for his treatment. After his surgery consult today, they told us with his examination results that surgery is the best option and would likely rid of the cancer permanently. Winston is still in good spirits and acting happy and healthy so far. They told us the surgery will likely be anywhere from 3k-5k , if everything goes to plan and he doesn’t need a blood transfusion or any emergency care.
