Hi, I’m Corrie—a proud parent of three amazing kids. One of them, PG, has found his passion in running, and it’s been incredible to watch his journey unfold. He’s not just dreaming big—he’s working hard every day to turn those dreams into reality. One of his long-term goals is to compete professionally, and until then, we’re doing everything we can to support him in reaching his short-term milestones.

That means early mornings, driving him to training before school, road trips across the countryside, and even traveling to Perth for competitions—all to give him the opportunities he needs to grow and thrive in the sport he loves. PG is a determined young man, following his training plan, developed by his coach with dedication and focus.

We’re incredibly proud to share that PG has been selected to represent Western Australia at the Australian Cross Country Championships in Melbourne on August 23, 2025—just three weeks away! This is a huge achievement, and a testament to his hard work and dedication. However, for this event, Athletics West isn’t providing a travel package, so each athlete is responsible for covering their own registration, travel, and accommodation costs.

As parents, we’re doing our best to make this opportunity possible for PG, and we’re so grateful for any support or encouragement along the way. Thank you for being part of his journey.
