It is so uneasy for me to post something like this. The last couple of days have been extremely hard. My close friend Loreen Marie is fighting for her life. Every morning this week I woke up hoping the day before had been a dream. But it hadn't. It is real, and it is terrifying.

Nobody can be prepared to hear a C word. And after one does, it all comes as a huge burden. Burden not only emotional but financial as well. Loreen hasn't been able to regularly work or work at all since October. Both of Loreen's sisters left work to come to Atlanta to be with her. They will be here indefinitely with no source of income. This family needs help.
