Give This Injured Kitten a Second Chance

So, driving home from Georgia today, we pulled up to an intersection. I noticed a small black lump in the road and, after a moment, realized it was a little kitten. I dove into the median and jumped out of the car to try and grab him before the light turned green, as he was right in a lane of traffic. Little sucker took off, and after a lengthy chase (he's pretty quick even with messed up legs), the wife and I got him in the car. He's home now, but he's got what we believe is a broken front leg and his back legs aren't the best either. We're treating the open wounds, but unfortunately, unless we fund his medical expenses ourselves, all the places in town we called would just put him down, no questions asked. We want to give him a chance, but unfortunately, we can't pay for it all out of pocket, so here we are. Hoping anyone out there can and wants to help us help this little guy out.
