For the Love of Kenny

Hello everyone! As I’m sure you are aware Kenny was diagnosed with cancer earlier this year. He went through a very aggressive treatment regiment of chemotherapy and radiation simultaneously. I’m happy to report he is now officially in remission. However recently he suffered with a bout of pneumonia, while hospitalized he then suffered a stroke. If that wasn’t bad enough the day he had his stroke he was also diagnosed with Covid-19. It is only by the grace of God and prayers from everyone we know that he is still with us.

Kenny and I will celebrate 22 yrs together at the end of next month. I promised him while he was in the hospital that when he came home I would take him to the beach. He took me to see the ocean for the very first time almost 20 yrs ago and I instantly fell in love. Studies have shown that salt water is good for your health and your soul.

Kenny is the most selfless person I know. He has always given and put everyone else’s needs before his own. For years I have watched him sacrifice time away from his son and myself just to provide a comfortable living. At the same time pouring himself into his work. His commitment and dedication to his company and coworkers have always come natural to him. He is an amazing human being and I am so very proud to be his wife. Our son Michael is a direct reflection of his dad in keeping with his morals and values. I could not have chosen a more perfect man to help me raise him. Michael is not only a better man but will be a better father because of him.

So with that being said I along with several of our friends and colleagues have decided to create an event offering anyone and everyone the chance to thank Kenny for everything he has done for so many of us. It’s time for a little payback so to speak.
