Justice for Cody

Our beautiful Cody was stabbed to death last summer in Portland Oregon and his killer was allowed to go free which has been very painful for all of us especially for his mom(my sister Carri). We have hired a P.I. that is an ex detective , he thinks we have a good chance of pushing to reopen the case to put this cold blooded killer behind bars where he belongs. We are also going to sue the city of Portland for failing to protect citizens as Cody is just 1 of many that were murdered  there. Please help us bring closure with Cody being taken from us.
