Help my baby girl lola

Hi my name is caroline my baby girl got pregnant by mistake and couldn't deliver her baby it got stuck in the birth canal and passed away. The vets wouldn't help me as I don't have the money to pay Lola means the world to me I'm so devastated the vets want me to surrender her to them or put her to sleep no way I can do that she is so special to me I'd die without her I've never asked for help before if anyone can help I would be so grateful she also still needs to go back to the vets as well for more treatment which means I have more to pay please if anyone can help I would be so grateful I'm in a dilemma at the moment 2.700 is alot of money if I had it no words I would pay.
