My name is Mahmoud Al-Masri, I’m 22 years old, from the Gaza Strip. I’m a passionate Graphic Designer and artist, working hard to grow my skills and one day become a senior artist.

I was a top student at the University College of Applied Sciences — achieving a 92.2% average in my first semester and 91.2% in my second. Alongside my degree, I was also training for a Graphic Design diploma. Unfortunately, my studies were interrupted when the war destroyed universities, colleges, and training centers across Gaza.

On October 7, 2023, my family and I were displaced eight times and had to live in a tent for a period of time. Life during displacement was a daily struggle for food, water, and safety. Now, I have returned home — but my education is still on hold, and I continue to face the challenges of rebuilding my path.

While my dream is to continue my education abroad in the future, my current focus is on developing my artistic skills, producing creative works, and inspiring others through my designs and illustrations.
