Hi, my name is Linda Arnce. Linda Harryman and myself are doing this for Meghan.
Meghan Redmon is a beautiful 32-year-old lady from Joplin who has been diagnosed with Myelodysplastic Syndrome, a blood cancer that will lead to AML, Acute Myeloid Leukemia. She went to doctor for routine blood work and do tor found a critical issue. She spent a week in Freeman Hospital in November, then transferred to St. Louis University Hospital. Meghan has isolated due to her compromised immune system. Fortunately, her employer, Ozark Center, has allowed her to work from home as long as she’s able. Unfortunately, she will not be able to work while recovering from a needed bone morrow transplant which will hopefully be soon. She will be required to isolate for 6 months which most will be in St. Louis, close to transplant facility.
Obviously, this will create a financial hardship on Meghan. She is fiercely independent, but this is a fight that can’t and shouldn’t have to be tackled alone. Please consider contributing to one of our on.
For those of you that know me, this is very important to me. I lost my dad to leukemia, but Meghan is a young and strong girl. And with prayers we can stop this in its tracks!!!
