Give CA Class of '21 Athletes 25K Scholarships

Help me raise enough money in 21 days to give 4 Class of 2021 Northern California Student Athletes a 25K Scholarship! Ambitious, very. Crazy, maybe. Impossible, absolutely not!
California Class of '21 Athletes have given up their Senior year of Sport to help in the fight against COVID-19. Some gave up their Junior and Senior year depending on their sport. They've sacrificed so much for the good of their communities. It is time for us to tell them "Thank you!" in a BIG way.
For many, an athletic scholarship was both their ticket to College, and their motivation to stay in school. Some of these Athletes trained for 20+ hours a week for 8+ years to have this final season in hopes of being recruited to play in College. This is as many years as it takes to graduate from Medical School and Residency for most MD's. Take a minute to think of how it would feel to have that taken away. And with NCAA extending eligibility to athletes already in College, this dream has been lost to most Class of 2021 prospective Student Athletes.
Too many have just given up. 25% fewer Class of 2021 California Students from our most diverse and underserved schools are even applying to College according to 2021 Student Loan (FAFSA) Application data.
These are our future Doctors, Nurses, Teachers, and Leaders. We need them, and right now, they need us!
Why 21 days? Because it's going to take time to pull this off, so I need to know how many scholarships your generosity will fund and then get to work spreading the word on how to apply.
Why 25K? This is approximately the cost of four years of tuition at a State University. Alternatively, it could cover all expenses for at least one year. And research tells us that getting them through that first year means they are much more likely to finish their education.
Who am I? I'm a Nationally Certified School Psychologist and a California Licensed Educational Psychologist (LEP3603), so helping students meet their educational goals has been my life's work for the past 20+ years. I'm also the mom of Class of 2020 and Class of 2021 High School Student Athletes. I've watched how heartbreaking this has been for my own children and their teammates. I commit to giving more than 95% of everything donated directly to students. There will be expenses and time involved to pull this off, but this is not being done for any profit or self promotion on my part. Professionally, I also commit to following these students and providing the college academic counseling they need to achieve their goals. I want to turn these students into Class of 2025 College Graduates. Will you help me?
