I have volunteered to coach a fantastic group of U18 players on my squad for the past six years. We have multiple seniors in the class of 2023 that are looking to play at the colligate level. To do this, we have to participate in college showcases to get them the exposure they need to be seen by college coaches. Since we are a smaller club without access to college scouts and highly competitive, visible leagues, we must seek out these showcases to be recognized. Pflugerville, Texas isn't known to many, let alone known to many in the soccer world but we aim to change that.

The 2005 Boys Green travels a lot, and we will be participating in many tournaments and showcases this coming spring season to help further the careers of many of the seniors on the team looking to continue playing at the collegiate level.

Not everyone can afford room and board while we are away, and the funds we're asking for will help with the cost of room and board and funding for the tournament. We hope to raise enough funds to continue playing in various showcases throughout the remainder of the season.

I want to thank everyone who chose to donate, as this is genuinely going to players who love to play soccer and need to be seen as well as help them achieve their dream of playing soccer. All those who know me know it is my passion to help each of my boys reach their dream of playing somewhere after high school. Money should never be the reason anyone has to put their dream on hold. You all are the hope we need and are extremely grateful for.
