Help Save Jon Marino’s Life

Ive spent my life giving more than I take. Even going as far as to become a physician to give back. For the first time I am asking you for help. I was diagnosed with decompensated dilated cardiomyopathy heart failure, with a 3-5 year survival rate without the best treatment.

My first stay in the hospital ate up every cent I saved to open my own MMA Academy which was to be called Be The Change Academy, ironic huh? I was set to sign the lease on August 21st.

In order to prolong my life so I can reach others and help more people, I am humbled and humiliated to now ask for your help but I am desperate to live.
