Hi, I'm Kyle Hoff and I'm a senior Civil and Environmental Engineering student at the University of Wisconsin - Madison.  I am raising money to fund my volunteer abroad trip to Ghana in early January.  Here I will be using my skills and knowledge of construction to help build the Holy Child Kindergarten school project (http://notesfromholychild.tumblr.com).  I may be doing anything from erecting foundations to installing sanitary sewer and water mains to framing the walls and roof.  I may also be helping with site investigations for future projects along the West Coast of Ghana.  I am doing this because I wanted to explore a different part of the world and be able to help people in need using the skills I have gained as an engineering student.
The money that I am raising will be used to pay for  my program fees and my plane ticket.  The program fees help pay for building materials for the different construction projects.
I can't properly express my gratitude for your help in funding my trip in just a few words.  So please just know that I am trying to use my skills and knowledge to help others in this world, and I will be eternally grateful to any and all those who help me achieve my goal.  Any help is appreciated.
