The beneficiary is my best friend Valeria V. Martinez Barrios, she is from Venezuela just like me and we went to the same school in Venezuela since the 4th grade all the way to our senior year. 

Because of the political situation in my country we we both left Venezuela looking for a better life. Valeria and I were not together anymore.
Maybe a surprise, a miracle, who know... But at the beginning of 2018 I found out she was moving to Houston TX where I currently live at and we got back together just like old time. she is like my sister and I know all her family.

A clear plan on how you intend to ensure the funds from the campaign are delivered directly to the beneficiary. Please be as specific as possible.

Sadly Valeria got pulled over by the Texas police a month ago because she bought a car with a fake plate without her knowing. When the officer started inspecting the car they found some papers and an ID that was not hers and the police took her to the Fort Bend County Jail.
She was also applying for Political Asylum because of the same situation in Venezuela but unfortunately she is in Jail now and ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) has her case on hold until we fix her first charges.

Knowing that: The funds from this campaign will all go to the Attorney that we need to pay to represent Valeria on court this coming March 11th.

Hace mas de un mes fui detenida por la policia de Texas a horas de la tarde. Debido a un problema de estafa que me hicieron con la compra de un carro me encuentro en la carcel con cargos de fraude y la agencia ICE (lmmigration and Customs Enforcement) me tiene en hold. Mis amigos ahora son los que estan encargandose de reunir el dinero necesario para poder ayudarme con abogados fianzas y demas cargos que necesite pagar.

Hi, I'm Valeria Martinez, Venezuelan 20 years old living alone in Houston.

More than a month ago I was stopped by the Texas police in the afternoon, because of a fraud problem due to the purchase of a car I am in jail with fraud charges and the agency ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) has me in hold.
