Support for Robert Rieter’s Medical Journey

Hello, my name is Michelle, and I’ve had the privilege of being close friends with Robert and Suzanne Rieter for over 10 years. Today, I’m reaching out on their behalf to ask for your support during an incredibly difficult chapter in their lives.

In June 2024, Robert suffered a life-altering stroke at work. This devastating event led to the discovery of a hole in his heart. As he began the long road to recovery, more unimaginable challenges followed. In July, doctors found cancer in his bladder. Then, during a routine colonoscopy in October, they discovered cancer in his colon as well.

Robert has since undergone major surgeries to remove the bladder cancer and, in December, 17 inches of his colon. Since January, he has been receiving chemotherapy to treat the colon cancer, a process he is only halfway through, and procedures to treat his bladder, and continuous doctor visits to address those, and the ramifications from his stroke.

Due to these serious health issues, Robert has not been able to work since June. While Suzanne has done an incredible job holding everything together, the mounting medical expenses, combined with everyday living costs, have placed a significant financial strain on their family. They have even postponed some treatments due to cost.

I am humbly asking for donations to help ease this burden so that Robert can focus on what matters most: healing and getting through this journey, while Suzanne continues to focus on her Real Estate business. Every contribution, NO MATTER THE SIZE, makes a meaningful difference and is deeply appreciated.
