Kidney Replacement

Hi, My Name is Sukhmandeep Singh i am fundraiser for Gurpreet Singh. He is from my Village Burj Mehma, currently he is in very tough situation. Both of his kidneys are non functionable. The doctors advised him to get the transplantation of the Kidney as soon as possible. Currently he is having 2 dialysis every week.
