Petr Konig is from Czech Republic and has been in Ocean City for approximately three weeks.  Petr is here on a J1Visa which is issued to visitors participating in programs that promote cultural exchange.  Petr is employed in the housekeeping department at The Carousel Hotel and was seriously injured on Saturday July 29, 2017.  As a result of Petr's accident he suffered a broken pelvis and will require multiple surgeries.  Petr is far away from his family but thankfully has a great support system of co-workers, friends and a local church.  I am the Condominium Office Manager and with help from the Human Resources Department, we created this page for anyone that would like to donate towards Petr's care as well as just to show support.  Donations will go towards anything that Petr and his family need whether it be medical bills, plane tickets, transportation, etc.  As a family, The Carousel is thankful for your support.
