Hi! I'm Kelly. For the last fifteen years, I've been an actor...who just happened to do a lot of baking. I would bring cakes and cupcakes to set, or backstage, or to my day job, and people would say, "This is terrific! You should go into business!"
I've loved baking since I was a child, and I'm always trying out new recipes and techniques at home, but I'd never considered baking professionally before. The idea was exciting and kept on growing, until I knew I had to pursue it, and start my own business. 
Petite Poule Rouge is the place to find delicious, old-fashioned cakes and baked goods, the kind that taste as good as they look, and look as good as they taste. I'm currently filling custom orders from my home, but I need your help to take my business to the next level! 
I'm fundraising to further my education, perfecting the techniques I can't teach myself, and learning the skills I need to succeed in running a professional kitchen and opening a shop to the public. Funds raised will also be used to purchase professional baking and decorating equipment, and invested into making my first location a reality.
